Midwestern Masticatory Musings

Wake, Gym, Shower, Drive, Work, Eat, Drive, Sleep; As a resident physician, that is my life. As an avid health advocate, 99% of my six balanced meals a day are prepped by myself of all natural foods. When I travel or celebrate with friends and family, however, I leave the cooking to the experts. This blog is about those times....the good times. :)

30 years old, single, busy, and not-so-much a fan of the "finer things" as I am a admirer of beauty, skill, and dedication. Too many people treat food as a convenience these days. If I expect a trained mechanic to fix my car and a skilled physician to heal my wounds, I equally expect a skilled tailor to make my clothes and a trained chef to prepare my meals. If not, then I'll sooner do it myself...albeit usually with less fantastic results.
